Ledgerslogic provides professional accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, financial advisory, and workflow automation services for businesses and individuals across India and the United States.

All services are provided remotely, unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services.

3. Engagement & Deliverables

• Engagements begin once both parties agree to a proposal, service quote, or engagement letter.
• Deliverables and timelines depend on the specific scope of work.
• We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any engagement at our discretion.

4. Payments & Fees

• Fees are quoted in advance and payable as per agreed terms (retainer, milestone, or project-based).
• Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional charges.
• All taxes applicable as per jurisdiction will be borne by the client.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data, records, and financial information shared during the engagement.

We may disclose information only if required by law or regulatory authorities.

6. Use of Information

You agree that all information provided to us is accurate and complete.

We are not liable for any inaccuracies in client-provided data that affect financial or compliance outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
• Compliance penalties or financial losses due to incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed client information.

Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, and materials are the intellectual property of Ledgerslogic and may not be reproduced or reused without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Tools & Software

We may use third-party software like QuickBooks, Xero, or Tally to deliver services. You agree to comply with the respective licensing terms of those software providers.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, the client remains liable for any dues up to the date of termination.

11. Governing Law

• For Indian clients: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• For U.S. clients: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (or another state if specified in the engagement letter).
